Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you submit the pre-registration form, we collect:
- Name.
- Email.
- Phone (with area code, if provided).
- Role (coaching business / runner).
- Comment (optional).
- Language (PT-BR or EN) — detected from the page where you filled the form.
- IP address — used for system security and audit.
- User-Agent — for security audit.
- Referrer host (domain only, e.g. "google.com") — to understand where signups come from. The full URL (search terms, query parameters) is never stored.
Why we collect it
Form data is used only to:
- Send you a confirmation that you're on the list.
- Notify you when the product is ready.
- Perform aggregate, anonymous interest analyses.
Technical data (IP and User-Agent) is used only for system security and audit.
Legal basis
Processing is based on consent (Art. 7, I, LGPD — Brazil's data protection law). Submitting the form is your consent (single opt-in). The submission timestamp is recorded.
reCAPTCHA
This form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3 (Google). When you submit, Google receives your IP address, cookies, and browser information for risk analysis. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or removal of your data at any time. To do so, reply to the confirmation email you received after submitting the form.
Retention
We keep your data until product launch + 12 months. After that, registrations are anonymized automatically: name and email are removed and replaced with an anonymous identifier.
Cookies
We do not use first-party cookies on this site. When you submit the form, Google's reCAPTCHA v3 may use cookies and browser identifiers for risk analysis. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Where the data lives
Data is stored in a MySQL database under passada.run's responsibility, on a server located in Brazil or the United States.
